  Sometimes they overcook the food and mostly everything I go for a table it's messy. I have to clean it myself and there slow. Panera Bread is a really nice place to chat and chew but this one makes the name look bad. The employees do a lot of playing and talking with one another while they should be working. Tables and cashiers MIA for some time now. Line long and it's 10:30 am

  Horrible. Horrible. I really loved Panera. But they have fallen off. I believe it is because of new staffing procedures and the lack of caring. I gave them one last shot and they blew it horribly. I ordered a chicken chipotle with avocado. One they ran out of avocado and try to pass it off instead of asking me if I wanted something different. Then it looked like chopped cat food on bread. I asked for something else and I was given attitude and told the sandwich wasn't horrible.
  Update: manager Jeff was awesome. I feel bad for him that the higher ups, just don't get it. It's not worth the tax breaks.
