  They never have grilled chicken. They seem to try and force the fried chicken on you. You have to make sure you also specify or else they assume you want fried. They also don't offer to make it while you wait. It's just always, "Sorry we don't have any grilled chicken" and expect you to give in.

  I have first hand experience working in this restaurant and see the way things are run. They never grilled chicken ready. The dining room floors are always dirty until the night. Food safety isn't a concern some managers (Claudia) allow chicken that stayed out overnight to be cooked and served to customers the next day. Being bilingual myself, I noticed there is rarely any other English dominant speakers which shows that there is no diversity in the staff. I've had to deal with managers who instead of judging you on your work performance but whether or not they like you or not. Despite this I tried my best to do my part to make the restaurant run smoothly but I was forcefully fired from the place for no apparent reason because a manager who called me fat said I hurt her shoulder holding the door up against her which was false.

  when you go there you have to wait about 40 minutes for your order and on top of that they don't give you your full order they forget about one or two items. My father went to get some fries and the manager Wendy (who works on Sunday nights) and she threw the bag full of fries to him for no reason!!! So I called to complain and she said she didn't do that and hung up. My husband then called and complained and she said she didn't do that, that my father insulted her and my mom did too. But she apologized to them. Which she didn't! Everytime I go I only see one good worker which one guy the rest are rude.
